Our programs provide mentorship, skills training, and real-world opportunities that help participants thrive in today’s evolving economy.

Whether you're starting your career, navigating a transition, or exploring entrepreneurship, we offer hands-on support through a range of innovative, inclusive, and impactful initiatives.

  • Our career development services are designed to support both individuals starting out and those undergoing change:

    • Career Coaching – Personalized guidance for transitions, upskilling, or re-entering the workforce

    • New Immigrant Services – Orientation, job search assistance, and networking for newcomers

    • Resume & Interview Clinics – Practical tools to enhance job readiness

  • BCW offers AI and Cybersecurity training workshops tailored for entrepreneurs, professionals, and youth, focusing on topics like cybersecurity awareness, AI literacy, digital safety, and the ethical use of emerging technologies. As part of this effort, the AI Advantage Business Workshop is a free, 5-week program that helps participants integrate AI into business operations, social media engagement, and strategic planning. Through partnerships with TD, Sovaicor, and Protexxa, participants gain access to expert-led, hands-on training designed to protect digital assets, boost efficiency, and empower business owners to thrive in today’s tech-driven economy.

  • We prepare young people for success in today’s competitive job market by offering:

    • Mentorship Programs – Connect with professionals for career guidance and industry insight

    • Scholarships & Internships – Financial support and real-world experience to kickstart careers

    • Career Planning Workshops – Tools and coaching to help identify career paths and goals

  • In collaboration with MacEwan University's Business School, this free, multi-week workshop helps aspiring entrepreneurs turn ideas into action:

      • Tools to build and test your business action plan

      • Aspiring entrepreneurs

  • Our Networking Mixers bring Black professionals and entrepreneurs together to build a thriving, supportive community:
