At BCW in Action, we equip entrepreneurs and businesses at every stage through targeted training, strategic coaching, and hands-on support. Our approach helps clarify vision, strengthen skills, and accelerate growth—across Canada and beyond, including access to international markets.

Our mentorship/coaching program pairs established business owners with new entrepreneurs and start-ups. The program trains and inspire entrepreneurs by allowing them to learn from their peers. BCW has identified and built a database of business owners that are willing to mentor entrepreneurs in different areas of business.
