We support women in their integration and full inclusion within the entrepreneurial ecosystem. At BCW in Action, we equip entrepreneurs and businesses at every stage through targeted training, strategic coaching, and hands-on support. Our approach helps clarify vision, strengthen skills, and accelerate growth—across Canada and beyond, including access to international markets.

Designed to inform entrepreneurs, assess gaps, offer guidance, and equip them with critical knowledge and skills.

AI Advantage Business Workshop helps participants integrate AI into business operations, social media engagement, and strategic planning.

Our mentorship/coaching program pairs established business owners with new entrepreneurs and start-ups. The program trains and inspire entrepreneurs by allowing them to learn from their peers. BCW has identified and built a database of business owners that are willing to mentor entrepreneurs in different areas of business.

Focusing on the African continent and the Caribbeans, this is the market of the future and more and more countries are positioning themselves to conduct business in the region. BCW aims to expand and offer resources aimed at exploring new markets, for entrepreneurs in the import/export space.
