Black Girls
Empowerment
About
Black Girls Empowerment is a suite of programs offered by BCW in Action designed to uplift, nurture, and support Black girls and young women across various stages of growth. Through distinct initiatives like Black Girls Corner (ages 12–15), Black Girls Leadership (grades 10–12), Inner Child Series (ages 6–11), and S.T.E.A.M. project, the program fosters growth through pillars of self‑care, self‑image, empowerment, and personal development. Participants gain access to mentorship, creative and leadership opportunities, cultural engagement, and STEM‑based learning experiences. As they evolve, the Black Women Excellence program (ages 18–29) offers career development, internships, networking, and skills training.
