Prism for Change
The Prism for Change educational series is an evidence-based e-learning program designed to strengthen inclusive practices, enhance governance structures, and foster equitable workplace cultures across Alberta’s Human Services sector (Education, Social Services and Health Services). Grounded in research, education, and advocacy, this series equips decision-makers, HR professionals, and policymakers with practical tools to address systemic barriers and promote equitable outcomes—particularly for racialized women. Through a structured, six-module journey, participants will build the knowledge and skills needed to influence meaningful organizational and societal change.
