Artifical Intelligence Advantage Program

About the Program

The Artifical Intelligence Advantage Business Workshop was created by Black Canadian Women in Action (BCW) to support racialized entrepreneurs, especially women, in overcoming operational challenges and time constraints in managing their businesses. Recognizing that many of these entrepreneurs have full-time jobs and struggle to consistently address critical business needs, this program aimed to:

  • Equip participants with practical Artifical Intelligence skills to automate routine tasks.

  • Improve business efficiency through digital transformation.

  • Make cutting-edge technology accessible and relevant to marginalized communities.

  • Empower participants to feel more confident and strategic in managing their operations.

This initiative was generously supported by TD Bank, making it completely free of charge for all participants.

The Artifical Intelligence (A.I.) Advantage Business Workshop successfully empowered racialized entrepreneurs — especially women — with actionable AI knowledge, practical digital skills, and greater confidence to improve their businesses. The data indicates high satisfaction, strong learning outcomes, and valuable insights for optimizing future cohorts.
